Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Tigard, OR, and we strive to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size, weight, and delivery destination. For domestic orders, you'll see the available shipping options during checkout.

Shipping Issues:

If there are any issues with your order, such as damage during transit or an incorrect delivery, please contact us immediately at ohdearcoffee@gmail.com and we'll resolve the issue promptly.

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on coffee beans or ground coffee. However, if there is a problem with your order—such as receiving the wrong item, or a damaged product—please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to resolve it.
